Our clients expressed an interest in acquiring a parcel of land in the Ermioni region with the intention of having their own design of villa built for them. 

Purchase of the land was successfully completed in 2008. It is always advisable to seek professional advice in advance of purchasing the land to ensure that the plans would have any chance of approval. Our clients were able to describe in discussions with us exactly what they wanted to achieve so it was relatively easy to draw up the final plans in preparation for applying for the all important building approval. Provided that there is no ambiguity in the plans and the civil engineer and architect speak frankly to the clients, there is every chance that your dream villa can be designed for your own lifestyle and expectations.

Building this particular villa and its pool took approximately one year from initial consultation.
